Before
Book your session via MassageBook based on your need & time frame
Payment is collected when you book online
Complete/Update your intake form via MassageBook
Please arrive about 5-10 minutes early (not any earlier as I need to prep for the session)
during
Sit down with your LMT and you will discuss your current areas of concern, conditions, medications, and previous health history as needed to make it the best session
You will get undressed down to your comfort level, just know that the less you are wearing, the better your LMT can work on your areas of concern
You will get under the sheets, covering yourself, like you would getting into a bed, laying face down to start
Your LMT will knock before entering to check that you are indeed ready for the session to start
Per licensing and laws, appropriate draping will be used for upmost comfort and discretion. Only the areas being worked will be draped and done so with your modesty in mind.
Communication is key during your session
Please let your LMT know if you have any discomfort or need any adjustments during the session
Your LMT will check-in throughout the session for the following
pressure
comfort
draping comfort
necessary stretches and exercises
Conversation will be at the discretion of you and/or LMT. All conversation will be appropriate subjects.
If at any time the LMT feels uncomfortable, the LMT has the right and ability to end the session, no matter the length of time into the session.
Your LMT will end the session on time, no additional time may be added. Please consider scheduling a longer session if you need more time.
After
Your LMT will leave the room once the session has ended, leaving you time to get dressed
Once dressed and upon leaving the treatment room, your LMT will meet you by the exit and may provide some self care tips and tricks or some homework to help improve your condition
Please drink water after session to help with fluid movement
