What are my membership options?

60 minutes

    • 1x per month - $80

    • 2x per month - $155

    • We have limited space available in our exclusive massage membership

      • No contracts or added fees

      • Join or cancel at anytime. Memberships are limited to one membership per calendar year. Example: if you join January for 3 months and then cancel, you cannot rejoin until the following January

    • Discounted price monthly

    • Auto-pay on the first of the month - creates ease of mind

    • 1-2 credits allow for regular massage for intentional self care

    • What if I can’t make it for a month? That’s okay - your credits expire after
      3 months so you have time to use them up!

      • With that in mind, the purpose of the membership and expiring credits is to encourage monthly sessions being used and that you are taking your self care seriously.

    • Each session is customized to meet your specific massage goals

90 minutes

    • 1x per month - $110

    • 2x per month - $215

    • We have limited space available in our exclusive massage membership

    • Members have a 15% discount for all three Spa Services

    • You can use your credit towards it and pay the difference
      OR you can pay for the membership price outside of your credits

How Do memberships work?

- Choose a membership, keep payment on file on your account, schedule appointments! Your membership will automatically renew every month*

If you are unable to fulfill a massage for a month… that’s okay! It rolls over to the next month (up to three months)!

*automatic renewal requires that a credit/debit card be on file

Cancellation policy

Single Session Cancellations:

  • No Show/Late Cancellation Policy:

    • If you cancel with MORE THAN 24 hours notice - your credit will be returned to your account

    • If you cancel with LESS THAN 24 hours notice/no show/cancelling the day of, you will FOREFIT that session credit.

Cancellation of Memberships:

All credits left over when cancelling are not refundable. Members cannot personally cancel their memberships on MassageBook, cancellations must be done by the massage therapist.

Please communicate with your LMT if you want to cancel your membership.

***Payment is collected when you schedule online***

Refund Policy:
- All purchased services, gift cards, gift certificates, and products are non-refundable
