The most popular massage method practiced in the US. Swedish massage uses basic massage techniques, like pressure, speed, rhythm, and more to promote wellness.
Why Swedish?

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue uses similar techniques and flow as Swedish massage, but with more pressure based on the areas of concern and conditions. Deep tissue is great for those wanting to relax their body but may need a deeper pressure to do so.
Why Deep Tissue?

Areas Used:
- Deep Tissue can be performed on areas where there is muscle mass. Areas such as the basic, hips, thighs, and calves.
How often can I receive Deep Tissue?
- Allow for recovery time between sessions, this is based on your own body’s recovery time and time to heal. You can receive more than once a week.
